Oh, yes, the term was megalopolis!

LOS DIAS DE LOS MUERTOS
Ofrendas honoring the Aztec and Mayan civilizations were created by 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Spanish students. The Mexican celebration of Los Dias de los Muertos (The Days of the Dead) is held on Nov. 1 and 2 to honor departed loved ones. This year, the Spanish students of Srta. Davos, Srta. Kalland, Sra. Semrad and Sra. Groat combined their study of the ancient civilizations with their study of this traditional holiday.

SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 REMEMBERED
To allow us to reflect on the anniversary of the 2001 terrorist attacks, BMS-Station had some special events on Monday, September 11. These included the gathering of students for a moment of silence, patriotic songs, and a luncheon in honor of local firefighters. We continue to honor those who made sacrifices and to thank those that continue to protect our country.
